By accessing or using the AstroRishis website, mobile applications, or any other services provided by AstroRishis (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

AstroRishis provides Vedic astrology services, including but not limited to horoscope readings, compatibility analysis, remedial measures, and astrological calculations based on Vedic principles. Our Services are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

Some features of our Services require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. User Content

Our Services may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the Services, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate AstroRishis, an AstroRishis employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm AstroRishis or users of the Services or expose them to liability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

AstroRishis, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AstroRishis, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• Any content obtained from the Services; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Astrology Disclaimer

The astrological information, predictions, and advice provided through our Services are based on Vedic astrology principles and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any astrological information.

AstroRishis is not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on the astrological information provided through our Services. You acknowledge that astrology is not a scientifically proven method and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other important matters.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
