At AstroRishis, we strive to provide high-quality astrology services and products to our valued customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund or cancel a service. This policy outlines our guidelines for such situations.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when using our services and purchasing our products.

Digital Products

Birth Chart Reports, Horoscopes & Digital Downloads

Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of our digital products, all purchases of digital birth charts, horoscope reports, and other downloadable content are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.

Exceptions:

  • If you encounter technical issues preventing access to your purchased digital content, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase.
  • If you received incorrect information in your report due to an error on our part (not due to incorrect information provided by you), you may be eligible for a refund or free replacement at our discretion.

Important Note: We cannot provide refunds if you provided incorrect birth details or other information for your readings. Please double-check all information before finalizing your purchase.

Astrology Consultation Services

Live Consultations (Video/Phone/In-Person)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours of the scheduled appointment: 75% refund or free rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: 50% refund or rescheduling with a 25% fee.
  • No-shows without prior notification: No refund.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your appointment according to the timeframes outlined above. Rescheduling requests must be made through our appointment system or by contacting our customer service team.

If the Astrologer Cancels:

If an astrologer needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered either:

  • A full refund
  • Rescheduling with a 10% discount on your next consultation
  • An alternative astrologer of the same expertise level, if available

Physical Products

Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras & Other Physical Items

Return & Refund Policy:

  • You may return unopened, unused physical products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping charges).
  • Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide either:

  • A full refund including shipping costs
  • A replacement item shipped at our expense

Shipping Timeline: Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Subscription Services

Monthly or Annual Subscription Plans

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions of the current month.
  • Annual subscriptions: If cancelled within 14 days of purchase, a full refund will be provided. After 14 days, refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion minus a 15% administrative fee.

Automatic Renewals:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel in a timely manner if you do not wish to renew.

Payment Processing & Refunds

Refund Processing Time:

  • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days.
  • Digital Wallets (PayPal, etc.): 3-5 business days.

Currency & Exchange Rates:

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. We are not responsible for any differences due to currency exchange rates or bank processing fees.

Please Note: In cases of suspected fraud or violation of our terms of service, we reserve the right to deny refund requests at our discretion.

Required Information for Refund Requests:

  • Full name and email address associated with the purchase
  • Order number/transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Item(s) you wish to return/cancel
  • Reason for return/cancellation
  • Preferred refund method (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all refund and cancellation requests within 2 business days.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our home page.
