Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of our digital products, all purchases of digital birth charts, horoscope reports, and other downloadable content are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.
Important Note: We cannot provide refunds if you provided incorrect birth details or other information for your readings. Please double-check all information before finalizing your purchase.
You may reschedule your appointment according to the timeframes outlined above. Rescheduling requests must be made through our appointment system or by contacting our customer service team.

Shipping Timeline: Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel in a timely manner if you do not wish to renew.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. We are not responsible for any differences due to currency exchange rates or bank processing fees.
Please Note: In cases of suspected fraud or violation of our terms of service, we reserve the right to deny refund requests at our discretion.
